| 摘 要： | 射频消蚀治疗无器质性心脏病基础、起源于右室流出道的室性心律失常,其中室速与室早各2例。治疗后3例心律失常消失,1例术后发作一次非持续性室速,再用氟卡胺变为有效。随访3—6个月,未发现与消蚀有关的并发症。

| Abstract: | 4 female patients with non-organic ventricular arrhythmias originating from righy ventricular outflow tract (including 2 cases of idiopathic recurrent VT and 2 cases of frequent PVC) were treated with catheter ablation by using radiofrequency current (RFC). After 5-7 RFC deliveries;no arrhythmias recurred in 3 pts,during the period of 3-6 months follow-up. The other patient had one episode of non-sustained VT after the procedure,then regained response to Flecainide. No acute or chronic complications was noted in this study. |
