颌骨恶性纤维组织细胞瘤临床分析——附3例报告

目的：分析颌骨恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的临床特点和预后。方法：总结3例颌骨恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的临床资料并复习相关文献。结果：发生于颌骨的恶性纤维组织细胞瘤主要表现为局部肿块和功能障碍。3例患者均接受手术治疗，辅以术后放疗。3例患者中，1例治愈出院，另外2例患者均于3年内死亡。结论：颌骨恶性纤维组织细胞瘤是一种少见的、恶性程度高、预后差的肿瘤，临床上很容易误诊,应强调早期诊断，局部扩大根治术后辅以放疗、化疗。

Clinical analysis for 3 malignant fibrous histiocytoma cases.

Objective： To investigate the clinical characteristic, and prognosis of malignant fibrous histiocytoma （MFH）. Method： A total of 3 patients admitted in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of XiangYa Hospital were reviewed, and related literatures were reviewed. Result： The most common signs of patients was swealling of the jaw with dysfunction. All patients received radical resection,followed by radiotherapy, 2 cases died in postoperative 3 years. Conclusion：malignant fibrous histiocytoma was rare,it had poor prognosis and was easy to be misdiagnosed,The best treatment was radical resection, combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
