温针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病33例

目的 观察温针对椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法与结果 应用温针治疗33例，并与毫针的32例作对比，前者总有效率为93．94％，后者75．00％，经统计学处理，P＜0．05，且两组主症积分值治疗前后比较有显著性或非常显著性差异（P＜0．05，P＜0．01），组间比较亦有明显差异（P＜0．05）。此外，通过48例TCD检测发现，两组LVA、RVA与BA的Vp和Vm治疗前后有非常显著性差异（P＜0．01）。结论 提示两种方法均能提高VA和BA血流速度，增加脑部供血。

Warmed-needle Acupuncture for 33 Cases of Vertebroarterial Cervical Spondylopathy

Purpose To observe the curative effect of warmed needle acupuncture on vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy. Method and Results Warmed needle acupuncture was used for the treatment of 33 cases, which was compared to the treatment of 32 cases with filiform needles. The total curative effect was 93.94% in the former and 75.00% in the latter. Statistical analysis showed P <0.05, and a significant and very significant difference in main symptom score between before and after treatment in the two groups( P <0.05, P <0.01) and a significant difference between the groups( P <0.05), indicating that warmed needle acupuncture was superior to filiform needle acupuncture. Besides, a TCD examination in 48 cases showed very significant differences in Vp and Vm in LVA, RVA and BA between before and after treatment in the two groups ( P <0.01). Conclusion It is suggested that both the acupuncture methods can increase blood flow velocity in VA and BA, and cerebral blood supply.
