喉鳞状细胞癌中p63基因蛋白表达及其意义

目的：探讨p63基因蛋白表达与喉鳞状细胞癌（laryngeal squamous cell carcinomas,LSCC）的发生、发展的关系和生物学意义。方法：应用免疫组织化学方法,检测30例LSCC、10例不典型增生和10例正常喉黏膜组织中p63基因蛋白的表达水平。结果：全部30例LSCC和10例不典型增生组织中p63染色均为阳性。LSCC分化程度越低,阳性细胞数越高、细胞的表达强度越高。正常喉黏膜组织中仅基底层及上基层细胞阳性。p63表达与LSCC分级和淋巴结转移相关（P〈0.05）。结论：p63可能参与了调控LSCC的发生、发展过程,其高表达预示LSCC预后不良。

Expression and biological significance of p63 gene protein in laryngeal squamous cell carcinomas

Objective:To study the biological significance of p63 gene protein expression in laryngeal squamous cell carcinomas(LSCC).Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expression of p63 gene protein in 30 cases of LSCC,10 cases of atypical hyperplasia and 10 cases of normal laryngeal mucosa.Results:All 30 cases of LSCC and 10 cases of atypical hyperplasia showed p63 positive reaction.Expression of p63 strongly associated with poor differentiation of LSCC.Normal laryngeal mucosa tissues expressed p63 in their basal and superbasal cells.Expression of p63 gene protein was correlated with tumor grade and lymph node metastasis in LSCC(P<0.05).Conclusion:p63 gene protein may be closely correlated with tumor development.High expression of p63 gene protein indicates poor prognosis.
