综合治疗晚期卵巢恶性肿瘤：（附21例报告）

目前卵巢恶性肿瘤的早诊手段尚未解决,初诊患者多为晚期肿瘤,常因肿瘤巨大、固定、合并大量腹水而无法切除,单纯化疗又难以奏效,治愈率很低.从1988年1月至1990年12月作者治疗21例晚期卵巢恶性肿瘤,其中上皮癌16例,肉瘤2例,内胚窦瘤3例。Ⅲ期18例,Ⅳ期3例。首先采用综合化疗,腹腔内化疗腹水控制率92.3％。静脉内化疗肿瘤对药物反应率62.5％。化疗后手术切除率达95.24％。并延长了晚期患者的生存率。本组生存率:1年为90.48％,2年33.33％,3年14.28％。

Combined Treatment for Advanced Malignant Ovarian Tumor

From January 1988 to December 1990, 21 cases of advanced inoperable ovarian malignant tumor, including 16 epithelial cancers, 3 endodermal sinus tumors and 2 sarcomas, were treated with chemotherapy in combination with surgery. The preoperative chemotherapy were carried out by combined intraperitoneal and intravenous routes. The ascites controlled rate was 92.3% and tumor responsive rate was 62.5%. Laparotomy was performed following chemotherapy. The tumor resected rate was 95.24%. The 1-,2- and 3-year survival rates were 90.48%, 33.33% and 14.28% respectively.
