腔内高温合并外照射治疗宫颈癌：（附40例报告）

1984～1985年有40例宫颈癌采用腔内加温加外照射治疗(加温组),另有47例宫颈癌接受了腔内放疗加外照射(放疗组)。本文对两组病例进行疗效对比以探索宫颈癌腔内加温的临床应用。以3年无病生存率及并发症发生率评价两组临床效果。结果加温组的生存率优于放疗组尤其Ⅲ期病例更好,并且并发应低于放疗组。作者初步认为腔内加温合并外照射治疗宫颈癌是可行的。

Intracavitary Microwave Hyperthermia Combined with External Irradiation in the Treatment of Cervical Carcinoma

From 1984 to 1985,40 patients with cervix cancer were treated with intracavitary hyperthermia (915 MHZ Microwave) in combination with external irradiation (heat group,HG). Another 47 patients were given either in- tracavitary ~(226)Ra application plus external irradiation or external irradiation alone (radiation group, RG). In order to ex- plore the clinical usage of intracavitary hyperthermia in treating cervix cancer,a comparison of the responses in the two groups was presented in this paper. Assessment of efficacy in terms of 3-year survival and the frequency of complica- tions in the two groups were observed. The results showed that the HG achieved more favorable outcome than the RG in the treatment of advanced cervix cancer and the complication rate was lower. The authors believe that it is feasible to treat cervix cancer with intracavitary hyperthermia plus external irradia- tion.
