长沙市临床医学实验室生物安全现况调查

目的:通过对长沙市医疗卫生机构中临床医学实验室进行生物安全现况调查,发现生物安全问题,提出建设性建议。方法:对长沙市部、省、市、区四个级别的医疗卫生机构中临床医学实验室随机抽取30个进行生物安全问卷调查。结果:长沙市生物医学实验室生物安全中部分存在工作人员学历及职称构成、建筑设计、设备、管理及实验室人员免疫接种和检测等方面的问题。结论:临床实验室如何加强生物安全防护已成为我们急待解决的问题,重视实验室生物安全防护势在必行。

Cross-sectional Investigation of Biological Safty About The Lab of Clinical Medicine in Changsha

Objective Producing a constructive advice with respect to biological safety by the cross-sectional investigation of medical treatment sanitary instistution medical laboratory of Changsha.Methods Thirty medical laboratories,distributing among medical treatment sanitary instistution medical laboratory of ministry,province,city and border,were randomly chosed to be investigated.Results There are several problems on biological safty,for instance,the construction of staff educational background and job title,the design of building,equipment,management,the immunization and detection of laboratory staffs and so on,rmainly existing in biomedicine laboratory of Changsha.Conclusion How to strength the protection of biological safty in clinical laboratory has bcome the matter we must tackle with immediately,and we must think highly of it right now.
