高效液相色谱法测定中新滴眼液中尿囊素与维生素B_6的含量

目的建立同时测定中新滴眼液中尿囊素与维生素B6 含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Nova PakC1 8柱 ,流动相为甲醇 0 .0 3mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液 (1 0∶90 ) ,流速 1 .0ml/min,检测波长 2 30nm ,外标法计算。结果线性范围分别是 :尿囊素 0 .2 0 5 4～ 4 .1 0 8mg/ml;维生素B6 0 .0 1 0 1～ 0 .2 0 2 0mg/ml。回收率 :尿囊素 99.4% (RSD0 .37% ,n =5) ;维生素B6 99.5 % (RSD 0 .64 % ,n =5)。结论此法分离效果好 ,辅料无干扰 ,快速、简便 ,适用于该制剂两组分的同时测定。

Determination of allantoin and pyridoxine hydrochloride in eye charm V eye drops by HPLC

PurposeTo establish a method for determination of two constituents in eye charm V eye drops: allantoin and pyridoxine hydrochloride. MethodsNova Pak C 18 column was used. The mobile phase was composed of methanol 0.03 mol/L NaH 2PO 4 solution(10∶90),at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min.The UV detection wavelength was 230 nm.ResultsThe linear reponse range of allantoin was 0.205 4～4.108 mg/ml and pyridoxine hydrochloride was 0.010 1～0.202 0 mg/ml.The mean recoveries of allantoin were 99.4%( RSD 0.37% , n =5 ). The mean recoveries of pyridoxine hydrochloride were 99.5%( RSD 0.64%, n =5).ConclusionThe method was simple and quick with good result of determination. This method was suitable for determination of two constituents in compound preparation at the same time.
