| 摘 要： | 本文报告了我院4年来用颈迷走神经分离术治疗的6例支气管哮喘。经过3个月至4年随访,全部病例均获满意疗效。在介绍手术方法的同时,讨论了其作用机理。认为该手术,有方法简便、安全可靠、疗效显著等优点。强调了手术适应症的选择,病人的年龄以及迷走神经分离长度对手术效果影响很大。

| Abstract: | Six Patients with bronchial asthma have undergone separation of vagus in the past 4 years. Follow-up of three months to 4 years showed that the therapeutic efficacy was satis factory in six parlefits. Results indicate that this separation of vagus is simple, safe and reliable. It is emphasized that the selection of indications ages and the loeaton of separation, etc. may influence the results of treatment. |
