| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多西紫杉醇周方案和三周方案治疗老年人非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效与不良反应。方法回顾性分析安徽医科大学第一附属医院2005年10月至2008年12月收治的73例用多西紫杉醇治疗的老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床资料。结果周方案治疗43例,有效率37.2%（16/43）,三周方案治疗30例,有效率33.3%（12/30）,不良反应主要有恶心呕吐、疲劳、中性粒细胞减少。结论多西紫杉醇周方案治疗老年人非小细胞肺癌疗效较好,不良反应较三周方案轻,患者易耐受。
