经络-穴区带疗法治疗原发性面肌痉挛的临床研究

目的 :探寻治疗原发性面肌痉挛的有效方法。方法 :将 4 7例病人随机分成经络—穴区带疗法 (CPRT)组 16例、常规针刺对照A组 15例和卡马西平片对照B组 16例 ,通过观测其肌肉痉挛波的振幅、频率等参数的变化 ,评价 3种疗法的疗效。结果 :治疗组与 2对照组总有效率及治疗前后振幅和频率改变比较 ,差异均有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ,治疗组优于 2对照组。 结论 :CPRT优于常规针刺疗法和卡马西平片疗法。

Clinical study on treatment of primary facial spasm by meridian-acupoint region therapy

Objective To search for effective methods for treatment of primary facial spasm. Methods 47 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group ( n =16) treated with meridian-acupoint region therapy, routine acupuncture control group ( n =15) and Carbamazepine control group ( n =16). The amplitude and frequency of spastic wave of muscle were determined for assessment of their therapeutic effects. Results There were significant differences in the total effective rate and changes of the amplitude and frequency of the spastic wave of muscle before and after treatment as the treatment group compared with the 2 control groups ( P <0.01), with the treatment group being superior to the two control groups. Conclusion The meridian-acupoint region therapy has a better therapeutic effect than routine acupuncture and Carbamazepine on primary facial spasm.
