左侧肋间后动脉用于冠状动脉搭桥术的有关解剖学研究

在３０具成年尸体眩，对左侧第八，九，十肋间后动脉及冠状动态的后降支和边缘支进行了观测。观测结果：第八，九，十肋间后动脉后降支在房室交点下方１ｃｍ处平均外径为２．５ｍｍ，２．７ｍｍ，２．８ｍｍ，与冠状动脉后降支（２．５ｍｍ）较为接近；到边缘支起 处的平均外径为２．６ｍｍ，２．８ｍｍ，２．６ｍｍ，边缘支（２．１ｍｍ）较为接近。

ANATOMIC ASPECTS OF THE LEFT POSTERIOR INTERCOSTAL ARTERY-CORONARY ARTERIAL BYPASS

Using 30 adult cadavers,we dissected and measured the left posterior intercostal artery and the coronary artery.In this study,we found that the diameters of the points from the eighth,ninth,tenth posterior intercostal artery to the posterior descending branch averaged 2 5mm,2 7mm,2 8mm,approximating to that of the posterior decending branch(2 5mm)of the coronary artery,to the marginal branch they averaged 2 6mm,2 8mm,2 6mm approximating to that of the marginal branch(2 1mm).Therefore the left posterior intercostal artery(the eighth,ninth tenth)is anatomically considered to be a suitable bypass for the posterior decending branch and the marginal branch.
