青蒿素提取分离工艺研究

摘    要:目的研究青蒿素的纯化方法。方法青蒿经石油醚提取浓缩,浸膏经过硅胶柱,用不同配比的乙酸乙酯洗脱,用TLC法跟踪,UV法检测。结果39-48号收集液青蒿素含量达99.38%,收率62.13%。结论本方法可有效的分离提纯青蒿素。

Abstract:Objective To study on the isolation and purification of artemisinin. Methods Artemisinin is extracted with petroleum ether and pass column of silica gel and gradient elution with ethyl acetate, then it is tracked with TLC and detected with UV-VIS. Results The content of artemisinin is nearly to 99.38% in No. 39-48 solution samples,collecting rate is to 62.13%. Conclusion The method is greatly effective for the isolation and purification of artemisinin.
