斑驳病患者头发7种微量元素的测定

摘    要:采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)对6例斑驳病患者和31例正常对照的头发标本中7种微量元素进行测定.结果表明,本病患者发中Zn和Cu的含量显著低于正常对照组(分别为94.23±7.62ppm和138.78±11.24ppm;8.91±1.27ppm和11.57±7.87ppm;P<0.05).而发Fe含量增高显著(分别为27.52±10.21ppm与14.91±8.89ppm,P<0.01);发Cr、cd、Pb、Se的含量差异无显著性.同时进行的细胞遗传学研究未发现患者有异常核型.我们认为,由斑驳病基因突变或缺失所致黑色素细胞游走成分化受累以及患者体内Zn、Cu和Fe含量的异常是本病发生的一种诱因.

Abstract:The piabaldism is a disorder in which the major clinical features are patchy hypopigmentation of the skin and a white forelock.It is an autonomous autosomal dominant entitv, The concentrations of seven trace elements(Zn,Cu,Fe,Cr,Cd,Pb and Se)in hair in 6 patients and 31 normal persons were determined with ICP- AES method.The results showed that the concentrations of copper and zinc in patients were significatly lower than those of the control(94.23±7.62 ppm vs 138.78±11.24 ppm,P<0.05;8.91±1.27 ppm vs 11.57±7.87 ppm,and P<0.05,especially),but the concentration of iron was significatly higher(27.52±10.21 ppm vs 14.91±8.89 ppm P<0.01 )than that in the control;the others were normal.We also analysed the chromosome karyotypes in 6 patients.No chromosome aberrations were found.The data suggests that the mutation of piebald trait gene and the changes in some trace elements be the reason for piebaldism.
