| 摘 要： | 现代医学对肌萎缩这一临床常见病症目前无行之有效的办法,笔者运用夹脊穴(上肢病变取C2～C7,下肢病变取L～L5,上下肢均有病变同时取)结合体针及阿是穴围刺治疗各种原因引起的肌萎缩共计56例,取得满意的疗效,总有效率达89.3%.说明针刺可通过疏调经脉气血,使筋肉得以濡养,增强肌肉的收缩功能,从而达到治疗肌萎缩的目的.临床上将二者有机的结合用于治疗肌萎缩,多可取得满意的疗效.

| Abstract: | At Preasent, Muscular Atrophy is a common disease in clininal, however, there is no effective therapy to treat it. We put to use Jiaji point (disease in aaaarms by cervical paravertebral 1 to 7, which in legs bylumbar paravertebral 1 to 5, in limbs by both of them), body poins and Ashipoints acupuncture to treat 56 cases Muscular Atrophy caused by all kinds of reasons and aquired satisfied curative effect. The total effective rate was 89.3%. It shows acupuncture can increaase the contraction of musculs by regulating Qi and Xue in channels and nourishing muscles. As a result, we had satisfied curative effect in treating Muscular Atrophy by combined Jia ji points and Body points Acupucture in clinical. |
