| 摘 要： | 在浅低温体外循环心脏不停跳下行重症二尖瓣置换术２８例。这些病例心胸比率０．７１～０．８７，平均０．７８，心脏Ｂ超示ＬＶＥＤ７０～８９ｍｍ，平均７９．５ｍｍ，ＥＦ０．３６～０．６３，平均０．５１。在不阻断主动脉，不灌注停跳液，心脏跳动下行二尖瓣置换术，所需体外循环时间３１～６８分，平均４８分。全组术后无低心排征，强调关闭左房前充分排气是手术的关键，认为在浅低温体外循环心脏不停跳下行重症二尖瓣置换术，能更好地保护心肌功能，术后恢复快等好处，处理适当，可避免气栓等并发症发生
