| 摘 要： | 本文分别测定了缓解期哮喘、慢支炎病人及正常ＦＥＶ１／ＦＶＣ、ＭＶＶ％预计值及ＭＶＶ／ＦＥＶ１值，同时测定气道反应性。结果表明，哮喘组ＭＶＶ／ＦＥＶ１比值明显低于慢支炎及正常人组，并与气道反应性测定值有较好的相关性。作者认为，ＭＶＶ／ＦＥＶ１比值下降可作为哮喘患者气道反应性增高的参考指标。

| Abstract: | MVV/EEV1 ratios in asthmatic patients during symptom-free period, in patients with chronic bronchitis,and in healthy subjects were measured. The results showed that the MVV/FEV1 ratios in asthmatic patients were siginficantly lower than those in patients with bronchitis and healthy subjects.It was positively correlated with airway responsiveness.It is suggested that the MVV/FEV1 is an useful index for delineating the airway responsiveness. |
