| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨白细胞（WBC）异常增高干扰血红蛋白（Hb）测定及其纠正。方法：对11例白细胞异常增高标本使用血细胞分析仪进行全血细胞测定，然后使用温氏管法测定红细胞压积（HCT），标本分离血浆，弃去白细胞层，再按HCT比值将红细胞与血浆混匀后上机测定。结果：纠正组红细胞（RBC）、Hb、平均红细胞Hb量（MCH）明显低于直接测定组（P〈0．01），纠正组平均红细胞Hb浓度（MCHC）明显低于直接测定组（P〈0．05），两组平均红细胞体积（MCV）结果没有差异（P〉0．05）。结论：用去白细胞血浆替代高白细胞的血浆与红细胞按比例混匀后测定，可有效消除白细胞异常增高对Hb的影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the influence of abnormally increased WBC on hemoglobin concentration determination and its correction.Method Complete blood count analysis of 11 hyperleukocytosis case were carried out,then HCT were determined by method of Wintrobe′s tube,sample were separated plasma,removed leukocyte layer,RBC were mixed with plasma as the ratio of HCT,then were determined.Results Resuits of RBC,Hb and MCH corrected were significantly lower than determined directly(P<0.01),Resuit of MCHC corrected were significantly lower than determined directly(P<0.05).The results of MCV determination showed no difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Replacing the hyperleukocytosis plasma with plasma removed leukocyte are determined after mixing with RBC as the ratio of HCT can eliminate the interference of hyperleukocytosis to the measurement of Hb. |
