对社区家庭病床工作有效工时的调查分析

目的　掌握社区家庭病床人力成本使用现状 ,探索合理使用社区家庭病床人力资源 ,进一步合理地提高社区家庭病床成本回报率。方法　采用问卷形式 ,抽样调查了上海闸北区 3个社区医院中全部家庭病床医生日工作时间。结果　社区家庭病床中 ,家庭服务占全日工作时间的 35 75 %。在社区卫生服务站诊疗和其他服务的工作时间分别为 2 8 2 0 %和 36 0 5 %。结论　社区家庭病床医生人力资源使用效率不高 ,并存在社区家庭病床服务项目利用不合理现象 ,为进一步调整社区家庭病床服务内容和适宜工作量标准提供了依据

Analysis on effective working hours for home bed service in comnunity

Objective To understand the current situation on the cost of human resource for home bed in community,to explore the method of using human resource for home bed service reasonably in community and increase the cost-efficiency of home bed service.Methods The distribution of daily working time in three community health centers were surveyed randomly by using the method of questionnaire.Results The results showed that the working hours for home bed service were 35 75%,the working hours for diagnosis and treatment in community health service station were 28 2%,the working hours for other services in community were 36 05%.Conclusion There exists low efficiency of human resource and unreasonable items in home bed service.This study provides references for further adjusting the contents and rational workload standard of home bed service.
