白细胞聚集试验诊断骨与关节感染初步报告

１９９４年８月～１９９５年１０月我们在１４例确诊为骨和关节感染患者中做了白细胞聚集试验（ＬＫＴ）、白细胞计数（ＷＢＣ）及血沉（ＥＳＲ）三项血液学检测。结果表明ＬＫＴ定量分析（百分率）在骨、关节感染诊断方面有一定实用价值。可以使骨、关节感染获得早期诊断，比ＷＢＣ、ＥＳＲ更为准确。ＬＫＴ值与疾病严重性有关，可作为疾病临床转归一种监测手段；而且也可以作为临床用药治疗的一项更为有用的监测指标。

The Preliminary Report on the Leukergy Test for the Diagnosis of Infection of Bone and Joint

From August 1994 to October 1995, the leukergy test (LKT), white blood cell count (WBC)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) had been performed for 14 patients with comfirmedly diagnosed infection of bone and joint. The results illustrated that, for obtaining the early diagnosis of infection of bone and joint, the quantitative assessment of LKT (%) is more accurate than that of WBC and ESR. The value of LKT is correlated with the clinical seventy of the infection. It is not only a monitoring method for the prognosis of disease, but also a more useful monitoring indicator for clinical pharmaceutical treatment.
