复元胶囊对气虚血瘀证大鼠血管内皮细胞功能的影响

摘    要:目的研究复元胶囊对气虚血瘀证大鼠内皮细胞功能的影响。方法将16月龄SD大鼠随机分为复元胶囊组、阳性对照组(芪参胶囊纽)、模型组、空白对照组。采用疲劳、饥饿、寒冷方法复制大鼠气虚血瘀证模型。灌胃给药4周后测定大鼠内皮素(ET)、6-酮-前列腺素F_(1a)(6-keto-PGF_(1a))、一氧化氮(NO)含量。结果模型组NO、6-keto-PGF_(1a)明显低于空白对照组(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,复元胶囊组NO、6-keto- PGF_(1a)明显升高(P<0.05),且高于芪参胶囊组(P<0.05)。模型组ET明显高于空白组(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,复元胶囊组ET明显降低(P<0.05),且低于芪参胶囊组(P<0.05)。结论复元胶囊有调节气虚血瘀证大鼠内皮功能紊乱的作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of Fuyuan Capsule (FC) on vascular endothelial cell function of rats with qi deficiency and blood stasis.Method Forty-eight 16-month-old SD rats were equally randomized to 5 groups:FC group,positive control group (Qishen Capsule),model group and blank control group.Rat models of qi deficiency and blood stasis were induced by exertion,starvation and cold.The mice were given the drugs by gastric perfusion for 4 weeks.After treatment,endothelin (ET),6-keto-prostaglandin F_(1a) and nitric oxide (NO) levels were mea- sured.Results NO and 6-keto-PGF_(1a) levels were lower in the model group than those in the blank control group (P<0.05),and were higher in FC group than those in the model group and positive control group (P<0.05).ET level in the model group was higher than that in the blank control group,and was lower in FC group than that in the model group and positive control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Fuyuan Capsule has an regulatory effect on the endothelial function of rats with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
