28例老年女性淋病奈瑟氏菌药敏试验分析

目的探讨老年女性淋病奈瑟氏菌（淋球菌）药敏试验现状,为淋病患者合理用药提供依据。方法对28例确诊感染淋球菌的老年女性阴道分泌物,做淋球菌培养、鉴定及药敏试验,分析淋球菌耐药现状。结果在进行药敏试验的11种药物中,β-内酰胺类的阿莫西林/克拉维酸、头孢克洛、头孢塞肟和头孢呋辛药物敏感率均为100%,氯霉素为95%,氨卞西林为45%,其它药物的敏感率在氯霉素和氨卞西林之间。结论淋球菌对β-内酰胺类药物普遍敏感,对喹诺酮类、四环素和氯霉素类药物及利福平都表现出一定得耐药性。淋病治疗应首选β-内酰胺类药物。

Analysis for antibiotic sensitization test of neisseria gonorrhea in 28 aged women

Objective To discuss the status of antibiotic sensitization test of neisseria gonorrhea（gonococcus） in aged women.Methods After gonorrhea infection of the 28 cases aged women having been diagnosed,culture,identification and antibiotic sensitization test of neisseria gonorrhea in vaginal secretion of them were done to analyze drug-resistant status.Results Among the 11 drugs used in antibiotic sensitization test,drug-sensitive rate of β-lactams including amoxicillin/clavulanic acid,cefaclor,cefuroxime and cephalosporin plug oxime all were 100%,while that of chloramphenicol and Ammonia Bian Xilin were 95% and 45%.Drug-sensitive rates of others were between the two ones.Conclusion Gonococcus was generally sensitive to the β-lactams,while it has shown some degree of drug resistance to quinolones,tetracycline and chloramphenicol,and rifampicin.Treatment to gonococcus should prefer to β-lactam drugs.
