高臭氧紫外线食具消毒柜对脊髓灰质炎病毒灭活效果观察

摘    要:为观察高臭氧紫外线食具消毒柜对脊髓灰质炎病毒的灭活效果 ,采用载体定量灭活试验进行了检测。结果 ,在环境温度为 2 0~ 2 5℃ ,相对湿度 5 0 %~ 70 %的条件下 ,开机 4min ,柜内紫外线辐照强度为 14 0 0~ 16 0 0 μW/cm2 ,臭氧浓度达到 4 0 .0mg/m3 以上。消毒作用 6 0min +烘干 4 5min对玻片上脊髓灰质炎病毒的平均灭活对数值≥ 4 .0 0。玻片染毒于不同温湿度下 ,干燥对染毒载体的病毒回收滴度有一定影响 ,4℃干燥对病毒回收滴度影响不大 ,使用不干燥的染毒载体进行灭活试验 ,不影响病毒抗力。结果显示 ,该消毒柜能灭活玻片上脊髓灰质炎病毒。

Abstract:In order to observe the efficacy of high ozone ultraviolet rays tableware disinfector in inactivating poliovirus, carrier quantitative inactivation test was used to carry out the examination. The results showed that under conditions of environment temperature of 20~25℃ and relative humidity of 50%~70%, operation of the disinfector for 4 min produced ultraviolet radiation intensity of 1400~1600 μW/cm 2 and the ozone concentration of higher than 40.4 mg/m 3. Disinfection for 60 min + drying for 45 min produced an average inactivation logarithum ≥4.00 for poliovirus on slide. When the virus was inoculated on the slide at different temperatures and humidities, drying exerted certain influence on titer of recovery of the virus on the slide. Drying at 4℃ did not influence significantly the titer of recovery of the virus. When undried inoculated carrier was used for inactivation test, the resistance of the virus was not influenced. The results indicate that the disinfector can inactivate poliovirus on slide.
