| 摘 要： | 目的:评价尿蛋白普通琼脂糖凝胶电泳(AGE)的临床价值。方法:采用普通AGE检测305例患者尿蛋白,其中112例做十二烷基磺酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE),两者进行比较,并结合患者的临床和病理诊断分析。结果:普通AGE图谱可分为五种类型,对应于SDS-PAGE的四种蛋白尿类型,分别为肾小管性蛋白尿、肾小球性蛋白尿、混合性蛋白尿和溢出性蛋白尿。结论:普通AGE能很好地判断肾小管性蛋白尿,较好地判断大部分肾小球性蛋白尿和混合性蛋白尿,很好地判断溢出性蛋白尿。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of uirinary protein routine agar gel electrophoresis(AGE).Methods:The uirinary protein of 305 samples were dectected by routine AGE,while 112 samples of them were detected by SDS-PAGE.To compare the results of the routine AGE with SDS-PAGE and to associate it with the clinacal and pathology diagnosis of patiens.Results:The patterns of routine AGE could be classified into five types,which were corresponding to the four types of the patterns of SDS-PAGE.They were tubular,glomerular,mixed and flowing proteinuria respectively.Conclusion:The routine AGE could conclude the tubular proteinuria very well,most of glomerular and mixed proteinuria well,and flowing proteinuria very well. |
