中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效分析

目的探讨中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将120例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为两组各60例，观察组采用中西医结合治疗，对照组采用单纯西医治疗，评价疗效。结果观察组总有效率96．0％，对照组总有效率78．0％；两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），中西医结合治疗效果明显优于单纯西医治疗。结论中西医结合治疗具有成本低、疗程短、效果明显的特点，有推广价值。

Clinical efficacy analysis of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of ulcerative colitis

Objective To discuss clinical efficacy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods All 120 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases with combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in observation group,60 cases with simple Western medicine in control group,and evaluated efficacy.Results The total efficiency was 96.0% in observation group,in control group was 78.0%;the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),in combination therapy is superior to Western medicine alone.Conclusion Combining traditional chinese and western medicine therapy was low-cost,short duration of effect of distinctive features,and was promotional value.
