对恶性肿瘤患者陪护人员实施健康教育的效果评价

目的探讨对恶性肿瘤患者陪护人员进行健康教育的有效方法，提高患者的治疗医从性，进一步提高护理质量及护理满意度。方法采取不同的健康教育方式及教育内容，对恶性肿瘤陪护人员进行健康教育指导，观察患者及陪护人员对护理工作的健康需求及护理满意度情况。结果恶性肿瘤患者陪护人员通过健康教育获得疾病的相关知识明显增多，护患纠纷、医患纠纷明显减少。实施健康教育后，患者及陪护人员的满意度均较健康教育干预前明显提高（P〈0．01）。结论对恶性肿瘤患者陪护人员实施健康教育能提高患者及其陪护人员的满意度，有效防范医疗纠纷的发生。

Accompany the personnel of the cancer patients methods of health education and experience

Objective To explore the effective education methods for the cancer patients.Methods By different health education methods to guidand accompanying forthe cancer patients.Results patients and their accompanying staff satisfaction increased,the nurses who get the disease knowledge increased,nurses and patients,reduce patient disputes.Conclusion of the accompanying cancer patients can improve health education for staff patients and their accompanying staff satisfaction,effectively prevent the occurrence of medical disputes.
