| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中药祛湿通络结合西药治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床效果。方法：选取2010年6月～2011年10月在我院治疗的痛风性关节炎患者30例,对照组采用西药治疗,服用秋水仙碱和别嘌呤醇,研究组采用中药祛湿通络为主结合西药的方法治疗,即在对照组的基础上加用中药汤剂。结果：研究组的总有效率为92.00%,明显高于对照组的79.17%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组的血尿酸、血沉与对照组比较,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。讨论：中药祛湿通络为主结合西药的方法治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the clinical effects of TCM Qushi Tongluo plus western medicine in treating acute gouty arthritis.Methods: From 2010 June～2011 October in our hospital treatment of patients with gouty arthritis 30 cases,the control group was given western medicine,taking colchicine and allopurinol,the study group was given TCM Qushi Tongluo plus western medicine for treatment,added in the control group on the basis of TCM decoction.Result: The study group in the total efficiency was 92%,significantly higher than that in control group79.17%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group of blood uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate compared with the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Discussion: TCM Qushi Tongluo plus western medicine in treating acute gouty arthritis have a significant effect. |
