DTM(骨又生)促进骨折愈合的临床观察

摘    要:目的观察DTM在促进骨折愈合中的作用。方法2005年6月~2007年6月与多家医院骨科合作,采用DTM(骨又生)治疗156例四肢骨折;其中胫腓骨骨折90例,股骨骨折41例,锁骨骨折15例,肱骨干骨折10例。并进行了跟踪观察,对每一病例分别在术后一周内,二个月内,三个月内,4个月内和4个月以上拍片复查。结果术后无一例感染,局部无任何不良反应。随访拍片101例,随访率65%。2~3个月内达到骨折愈合55例,占54.4%,其中2个月内骨折愈合25例,占24.7%。3个月内愈合30例,占29.7%。4个月内愈合28例,占27.7%。4个月以上骨折愈合18例,患者多为严重骨质疏松的老年或多段粉碎性骨折,占17.8%。结论DTM(骨又生)有明显加快和促进骨折愈合的作用,单纯两断端骨折2~3个月内愈合,占54.4%。粉碎性骨折愈合时间需3~4个月或4个月以上。大大减轻了病人的痛苦,提高了医疗质量和患者的生活质量,缩短了住院时间,节约了医疗费用,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Abstract To evaluate the clinical effect of DTM in treatment of fracture. Methods From June 2003 to July 2007. 156 cases of limbs fracture were treated with DTM in several hospital. Among them, there were 90 cases of tibias and fibula fracture, 4 1 cases of femoral fracture, 15 cases of clavicular fracture, and 10 cases of humeral fracture. X-ray were obtained after one week and 2,3,4 months. Result There were no cases of infection and local adverse reaction after operation. 101 cases of taking X-ray photograph were followed up. 55 cases were healed in 2 - 3 months : 28 cases were healed in 4 months; 18 cases were healed above 4 months, there are many for the serious osteoporosis or the multi-segment comminuted fracture among them. Conclusion DTM can obviously promote the healing of limbs fracture. DTM greatly reduced patient's pain, improved the medical quality and patient's quality of life, reduced hospitalization times, saved the medical expense, was worth popularizing.
