抑肽酶对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的探讨抑肽酶对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法以四氯化碳诱导小鼠急性肝损伤模型,测定各组肝损伤小鼠血清ALT、AST活性,及肝组织MDA含量,观察光镜下肝组织的病理改变。结果抑肽酶可明显减轻血清ALT、AST酶活性增高,降低肝组织MDA含量。光镜下观察可减轻小鼠肝脏坏死性病理改。结论提示抑肽酶对小鼠急性肝损伤具有明显的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the protective effect of aprotinin agaist acute hepatic injury in Mice. Methods The acute hepatic injury model of mice were induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl_4). Measuring the changes of activity of serum ALT, AST and malondialdehyde(MDA) content of liver tissue, Observing the pathologic change of liver tissue. Results Aprotinin could decrease the activities of serum ALT, AST and the MAD content of liver tissue. Aprotinin could improve the pathologic change of liver tissue of acute hepatic injury significantly. Conclusion Aprotinin has protective functions on mice with acute liver injury in mice.
