| 摘 要： | 将４０只健康豚鼠分为两组，致石组和对照组各２０只，于饲养２５天和６０天后分两批处死，分别豚鼠的血液粘度，饲养６０天后，除血浆比粘度外，胆结石豚鼠的全血比粘度和全血还原比粘度均明显高于对照组，其差异有显著性意义。且这种改变处在饲２４５天后就已发生，之后几乎保持稳定，直到６０天。

| Abstract: | Forty healthful guinea-pigs were divi ded two groups by stochastic thecholelithiasia and the normal with 20 guinea-pigs in each group. These guinea -p igs werekilled respectively after raising for 25 days and 60 days. According to the respectiveblood viscosities, it was resulted that, except plasma viscosity , all the whole bloodviscosity and resducedviscosity of cholelithiasia were hig her than the normal afterraising for 60 days with great difference signficance (P<0.001). There had always beenthe blood viscosity changes after 25 days r aising and then the change remained stableuntil 60 days. |
