血浆置换治疗急性肝衰竭的临床疗效观察

目的研究血浆置换（PE）在急性肝衰竭治疗中的疗效。方法对62例急性肝衰竭患者在内科治疗的基础上给予血浆置换治疗96例次，通过比较观察血浆置换前后的临床症状、肝功能、血氨以及炎性因子IFN—γ等指标以判断临床疗效。结果62例急性肝衰竭患者经血浆置换后，临床症状得到较大程度的改善，肝功能明显好转，炎性细胞因子水平下降。结论人工肝血浆置换治疗能有效清除体内代谢毒素、改善肝功，减轻病情，能否纠正机体免疫功能紊乱值得进一步研究。

The clinical observation of plasma exchange treatment on patients with acute liver failure

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of plasma exchange treatment on the patients with acute liver failure. Methods 62 patients suffering from liver failure were treated by plasma exchange and general treatment. The efficacy were evaluated with clinic symptoms, biochemical and IFN-γ. Results The clinical symptoms of the patients,which underwent plasma exchange treatment, showed significant improvements. The serum total bilimbin ,alanine aminotransferase （ALT） ,ammonia and IFN-γwere significantly lower （P 〈 O. 05 ） and the prothrombin time sig- nificantly shorten. Conclusions Plasma exchange treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and liver function. It need more study to find out whether the plasma exchange can correct the disorder of the immunologic function.
