某县计划免疫知识、态度、行为干预措施效果评估

[目的]评价在河北省蔚县实施的计划免疫干预措施对公众知识、态度、行为的影响效果。[方法]项目实施前对适龄儿童母亲、儿童其他监护人,孕妇、新婚妇女开展了有关计划免疫知识、态度、行为的调查问卷,收集基本资料;项目实施中对目标人群实施了培训、宣传等干预措施;项目终期对同一目标人群开展问卷调查。[结果]通过项目实施,蔚县计划免疫工作水平得到提高;儿童家长/监护人计划免疫知识水平提高,态度行为进一步改善。项目的实施也为提高河北省预防接种信息传播水平提供了经验。[结论]河北省蔚县实施的计划免疫干预措施达到了预期效果。

EFFECT EVALUATION FOR EPI INTERVENTION MEASURES ON CHANGING THE KNOWLEDGE, ATTITUDE AND PRACTICE OF THE PUBLIC

[Objective]To evaluate the effect of EPI(Expanded Programme on Immunization)intervention measures implemented in Yu county of Hebei province on changing knowledge,attitude practice for EPI of the public.[Methods]A questionnaire investigation about the object's knowledge,attitude and practice for EPI was conducted to collect basic data before the programme implementation,in which the investigated objects were children's mother,other guardians,pregnant women,new wedding women.Personnel training and various propagandizing actions were conduced among the target population in the program.And at the end,there was a final questionnaire investigation for the same groups.[Results]By programme,the whole EPI work level was improved in Yuxian county.The children's mother or guardian gained more knowledge about EPI and her/his attitude and practice to EPI were improved.Meanwhile,the experience we obtained from the programme provided guidence for the whole province's work in EPI information dissemination.[Conclusions]The EPI intervention measures implemented in Yuxian county of Hebei province achieve the expected results.
