拇指节段缺损踇趾腓侧半月形皮瓣桥接再植术

目的因外伤造成拇指近节节段组织或环形皮肤缺损而远端拇指完整者，为了保持拇指的正常长度与外形。方法采用吻合血管的趾腓侧半月形皮瓣及髂骨移植完成桥接再植。结果既保持了原拇指长度外形与功能，又不牺牲足趾数仍保留了趾长度外形与功能。结论采用趾腓侧半月形皮瓣加植骨是治疗拇指节段缺损的有效再植方法

Reconstruction of segmental defect of amputated thumb by semilunar flap from fibular side of great toe during replantation

Objective In replanting the amputated thumb with segmental loss of proximal phalanx or circumferential soft tissue defect,a new operative technic is developed to keep its normal length,outward appearance and function Method An iliac bone peg wrapped with semilunar skin flap taken from the fibular side of great toe is applied to breach the defcet Result The reconstructed amputated thumb has preserved its original length,nice looking and normal function The number of toes of the donor foot remains the same Conclusion Iliac bone graft wrapped with semilunar flap taken from the fibular side of the great toe is an effective procedure in replanting an amputated thumb with segmental defect
