| 摘 要： | 更年康不能提高老年大白鼠睾丸重量和睾丸对垂体LH反应性·也无雄激素作用,但它能提高老年大白鼠睾丸hCh/LH受体功能和垂体对LRH反应性,通过激素一受体功能调节,使老年大白鼠下脑丘—垂体—性腺轴功能得以改善,这可能是更年康治疗性机能减退和男女更年期综合征的内分泌作用机理。

Effect of Genniankang on the Reproduction of Endocrine Func-tion of Male Rats |

| Abstract: | Genniankang did not increase either the testis weight or the reactivity of the testis to pituitary LH in the old rats. No androgen activity was observed. The hcG/LH receptor function of the testis and the responsiveness of the pituitary to LRH were increased by Genniankeng in the old rats. Through adjustment of the function of the hormonal receptor, the regulatory function of the hypothatamus -pituitary-gonad axis was improved. It is suggested that this may be the possible endocrine mechanism of Genniankang in curing hy-pogonadism and chimacteric syndrome of male and female persons. |
