内源性大麻素系统心血管作用的研究进展

摘    要:内源性大麻素系统在心血管系统中的作用涉及到血压、心率、心肌收缩力的调节等许多方面,在生理条件下主要通过刺激大麻素1受体(CB1受体)发挥降低血压和心脏抑制效果;在多种病理条件中也起了重要作用,包括通过CB1受体活化参与出血、内毒素和心源性休克、肝硬化伴随的低血压,降低高血压大鼠的血压;通过大麻素2受体(CB2受体)活化防止动脉粥样硬化进展,还能对缺血再灌注后的心肌起保护作用,但CB1受体和CB2受体谁在其中起主要作用尚不明确。对其机制的深入研究对研制新的药物,治疗心血管疾病有着深远意义。

Abstract:The cardiovascular effects of endocannabinoid system are involved in many aspects such as the regulation of blood pressure,heart rate,myocardial contractility.In physiological condition it has the effects of lowering blood pressure and cardiac depression,while in many pathological conditions it not only plays an important role in the hypotensive state associated with hemorrhage,endotoxic and cardiogenic shock,advanced liver cirrhosis,decreasing arterial pressure in hypertensive rats by cannabinoid 1(CB1)receptor,but also inhibites atherosclerosis progression by activated cannabinoid 2(CB2)receptor.Endocannabinoid system also exerts cardioprotective effects during ischemia-reperfusion,but which cannabinoid receptor is responsible for this function remains unlclear.Thus,the research on the pharmacological mechanism of this system may offer novel therapeutic approach in a variety of cardiovascular disorders.
