摘    要:目的:了解全国医院医保从业人员现状,发现问题并提出相应的对策及建议。方法:对全国21个省市部分三甲医院的医保办进行问卷调查。结果:发现我国医保从业人员存在年龄老化、人员流动性较大、学历水平偏低、在岗人员继续教育缺失且培训经历贫乏和无专业技术职称等问题。建议:加强医保从业人员的定向培养,增设医疗专业医保方面的职称以建立规范的专业队伍,加大继续教育及岗位培训力度,建立医保从业人员人力资本补偿机制,把医保管理纳入医院的评价考核系统,使医院的医保从业人员成为一专多能的综合型、复合型人才。

Abstract:Objectives: To investigate the status of medical insurance staff in hospital,find out problems and make suggestions. Methods: Department of medical insurance in hospital in some A-level tertiary hospitals in 21 provinces Were selected to have a questionnaire. Results: The main problems of medical insurance staff in hospital were aging,high turnover,low education experience,lack of continuous education and training and lack of professional title. Conclusions: Directional training of medical insurance staff should be strengthened. Professional title of medical insurance should be set to establish a professional work team. Continuous education and positive training mechanism should be improved and human resources compensation mechanism for medical insurance staff should be established. Medical insurance management should be involved into hospital evaluation system and made the medical insurance staff be a comprehensive and compound staff.
