| 摘 要： | 本文对１０４例疑脊髓病变患儿的脊髓ＭＲ结果进行了分析．１０４例中异常７６例，检出脊髓病变１４种，其中椎管内肿瘤２８例，占首位；其次为脊髓空洞症１４例；再次为蛛网膜粘连１１例．指出ＭＲ是小儿脊髓病最理想的诊断手段．

| Abstract: | This art ic ie analysed the MR results of spinal medulla of 104. cases of doubtful infant i ie myelopathy. Among them there were 76 abnormal cases with 14 kinds of myelopath. 20 cases were intraspinal tumor. 14 cases were syringomyelia; and 11 cases were arachnoid adhes ion. And we cons idered that MR is the ideal ist detective means to infantile myelpathies. |
