| 摘 要： | 探讨血吸虫病防治工作问题,通过总结分析枞阳县血吸虫病防治工作自2005年开始实行血防项目管理的经验,就防治工作如何适应新时期工作需要,提出实行目标管理责任制;加强内涵科学管理,制定各项管理制度;创新血防工作机制,开展有偿服务项目;努力改善基层工作条件,稳定血防队伍;着力人才培养,提高两个素质.

| Abstract: | To probe into the problem of preventing and curing schistosomiasis,this paper analyzed and summed up the experience gained since 2005 in the practice of preventing and curing,and pointed out,to meet the needs of work in the new era several practieal progosalis such as yobjective and responsibility system,strengthening scientific management,formulating control system,establishing innovating schistosomiasis preventing system, developing compensational service program,improving the working conditions and improving qualities. |
