| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲基强的松龙及地塞米松冲击治疗急性球后视神经炎疗效。方法对39例(48眼)急性球后视神经炎患者随机分组,甲基强的松龙治疗组20例(25眼),对照组19例(23眼)。结果应用药物治疗后,治疗组中疗效显著占84%,对照组52.2%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论甲基强的松龙冲击治疗急性球后视神经炎疗效显著,优于地塞米松。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the efficiency of methylprednisolone and dexamethasone in treatment of acute retrobubar neuritis.Methods 39 cases(48 eyes) with retrobubar neuritis were divided and therapeutic effects were analyzed.20cases of treatment group(25eyes) were treated with methylprednisolone.19 cases of contrast group(23eyes) were treated with dexamethasone.Results There were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Methylprednisolone is better than dexamethasone in the treatment of acute retrobubar neuritis. |
