术后手术部位感染相关因素分析

目的 探讨术后切口感染危险因素.方法 选择400例外科手术患者原始登记资料作为基本材料,进行回顾性调查统计分析,进行回顾性调查统计分析.结果 有68例发生切口感染,发生率为17％,年龄过高、恶性肿瘤、高血压等慢性疾病以及重度贫血及低蛋白血症患者发生术后切口感染占首位；其次为Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类切口以及手术时间过长.另外放置引流管、侵入性操作、特异体质的患者也易发生术后切口感染.结论 手术后切口感染涉及因素很多,需要全方位的努力与配合,针对相关因素及时采取干预措施,对于降低切口感染率具有重要的临床意义.

The Analysis on Relevant Factors of Surgical site Infection

Objective To analyze the infection of incision of Department of general surgery, risk factors, and provide basis for the prevention and control of the future. Methods From June April to 2011 2013, among the 400 patients with surgical operation the original registration data as basic material, retrospective analysis of survey, retrospective survey and statistical analysis. Results ： 400 cases of surgical operation patients with incisional infection occurred in 68 cases, the infection rate was 17%. Results For the first incision infection of high malignancy, age, hypertension and other chronic diseases and severe anemia and hypoproteinemia pa- tients; followed by the class H, class III incision and operation time is too long. In addition, infection of incision drainage tube place- ment in patients with invasive operation, idiosyncrasy is easy to occur after the operation. Conclusion Many factors are involved for related factors timely intervention to reduce has important clinical significance for wound infection rate of all-round efforts and co- operate with incision infection after operation.
