头位难产原因与处理对策

目的 探讨头位难产的原因及临床特点和处理方法.方法 回顾性分析在我院住院分娩发生头位难产的356例孕产妇的临床资料.结果 356例头位难产者中胎位异常278例,产道异常33例,产力异常者45例,其中胎位异常最为常见（P＜0.05）;分娩方式分类：剖宫产占69.38％、阴道分娩占30.62％,发生围生期母婴不良事件84例,占23.60％.结论 头位难产会给产妇和胎儿造成很多的危险因素,早期诊断、恰当处理、选择合理的分娩方式是改善妊娠结局的关键.

The Reason and Treatment of Dystocia of Cephalic Presentation

Objective Analysis of the causes of Cephalic Presentation Dystocia, syudy of dystocia in cephalic pre- sentation of the clinical features and treatment methods, in order to reduce the incidence of Cephalic presentation Dysto- cicL Improve the quality of reproduction. Methods 365 clinical data of patients with cephalic presentation dystocia in our hospital from A ug.2009 to A ug.2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 356 cases of dystocia in cephalic fetal abnor- malities in total 27B cases, 33 cases of birth canal abnormalities, abnormal labor force total 45 cases, in which the fetat abnormalities are the most common （P〈0.05）. Delivery mode classification： cesarean section and vaginal delivery ac- counted for 69.38 % - 30.62%, the perinatal adverse events occurred in 84 cases, accounting for 23.60%. Concolution According to the head position dystocia causes and features, early diagnosis, early treatment ／ reasonable selection of delively mode are the keys to improve the pregnancy outcome.
