磁性附着体式覆盖义齿的临床应用研究

目的 探讨磁性附着体式覆盖义齿的临床应用效果.方法 选择可以保留的残根残冠经完善治疗后,用磁性附着体制作覆盖义齿,分别于初戴及二年后检查菌斑指数、牙齿松动度及义齿固位力,对比分析磁性附着体式覆盖义齿应用后较初戴时临床效果. 结果 戴用两年后较初戴时的菌斑指数P＞0.05,差异无显著性差异,而牙齿松动度和义齿固位力比较,P＜0.05,差异有显著性差异. 结论 用磁性附着体制作覆盖义齿可以收到良好的临床应用效果.

Clinical Therapy Effects of Magnetic Attachment Overdenture

Objective To explore the clinical restoration effects of magnetic attachment overdenture. Methods Retainable residual root and residual crown were selected to put magnetic attachment so as to take on overdentures after consummate treatment. Followups were done one year and two years after restoration. The plaque index, tooth mobility and denture retaining force were the main observed aspects. Results To make rank test with spsslT.0 software, the P value of plaque index was greater than 0.05, and there was no statistically significant difference. The P value of tooth mo- bility and denture retention force were both less than 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Magnetic attachment overdenture might be ponderable to get satisfying therapy effects.
