VITEK-32506卡检测产ESBLs大肠埃希菌可靠性分析

目的 评价VITEK-32 GNS-506药敏卡检测超广谱β-内酰胺酶（ESBLs）大肠埃希菌耐药性的可靠性.方法 用VITEK-32 GNS-506药敏卡、NCCLS推荐的筛选法、表型确证法同时对288株大肠埃希菌进行ESBLs检测,以表型确证法和筛选法作为对照比较结果.结果 288株大肠埃希菌中,仪器法检测出ESBLs146株,表型确证法检测140株,筛选法检测132株,阳性率分别为50.7％、48.6％、45.8％.仪器法高于筛选法和表型确证法.结论 VITEK-32 GNS-506药敏卡检测ESBLs细菌耐药性具有快速、简便、准确性高等优点,可推荐为临床实验室常规检测方法.

Detecting Extend-spectrum Blactamases Strains of Escherichia Coil by Vitek-32

Objective To evaluate production of Escherichia coil producing extend spectrum B-lactamaz＇es （ESBLs） which infected disease and drug resistance of ESBLs-producing straining. Methods 288 strains isolates from clinical infections specimens were tested by the presence of ESBLs by the VITEK-32 ESBL detection test and NCCLS performed standards for A ntimicrobial susceptibility testing initial screen test and phenotypic confirmatory test. Results 50. 7% Posi- tive （146/288） was found to be ESBLs by Vitek-32. The positive rate of initial screen test was 48.6 % （140/288）. The posi- tive rate of phenotypic confirmatory test was 45.8% （132/288）. Conclusions It is important specimens that were tested by the presence of ESBLs by the VITEK-32 GNS-506. ESBL detection test to select the proper and rapid method to de- tect ESBLs in time. Imipenem were sensitive of the most B-lactamases antibiotics.
