| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高频超声对腹股沟肿块的诊断价值及误诊分析。方法对57例患者62个临床确诊并经手术或穿刺证实的腹股沟肿块,进行超声声像图回顾性分析。结果 62个腹股沟肿块中,腹股沟疝48个、炎性淋巴结肿块7个、精索鞘膜积液1个、隐睾5个和非霍奇金淋巴瘤转移1个。术前超声确诊肿块性质58个,占93.5%;误诊3个,占4.8%;漏诊1个,占1.6%。结论高频超声对腹股沟肿块具有较高的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the value of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of inguinal masses and misdiagnosis analysis.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed in 52 patients with 62 inguinal masses confirmed by opration and pathology.Results Among 62 masses,48 masses were inguinal hernia,7 masses were Inflammatory lymph nodes,1 mass was spermatic cord hydrocele,5 masses were cryptorchidisms and 1 mass was metastasis of non-Hodgkins lymphoma.There were 58 masses diagnosed correctly by ultrasound before operation and the diagnostic accuracy was 93.5%.There were 3 masses misdiagnosed by ultrasound and the misdiagnosis rate was 4.8%.There was 1（1.6%）mass missed by ultrasound.Conclusion Ultrasonogrphy plays an inportant role in the diagnosis and differertial diagonosis of inguinal masses. |
