摘    要:目的 建立临床实验室信息系统(clinical laboratory information system CLIS)对实验室自动化系统(laboratory automation system LAS)的样本检测前处理流程进行实时监控,实现"高品质、高效率、高自动化"管理.方法 在临床实验室信息系统的信息流管理支撑下,根据医嘱条码信息,实现CLIS实时监控LAS上的样本按检测项目分类及随机编号、离心与开盖及根据实验要求完成样本分杯和将离线检测样本传送到特定区域待检的前处理流程.结果 建立完善实验室内检测的信息化监管系统,利用LAS强大的样本处理功能,改变以往样本检测前处理流程中无法有效节点实时监控,规范实验室检测管理.结论 CLIS对LAS的样本检测前处理流程的实时监控,实现CLIS有效的实验室业务流监控机制,对于规范实验室管理具有重要意义.

Abstract:Objective To establish the real-time monitoring of clinical laboratory information systme(CLIS) for pretreatment process of sample detection in laboratory automation system(LAS) and to realize the high quality,high efficiency and high automation for management. Methods Under the high-efficiency information flow of CLIS,according to the meidcal order information of bar code,classification and random numbering of samples were realized with detection items in LAS,centrifugality and uncap were completed,samples disparted into cups according to experimental requirement were completed and off-line samples were transmited to the specific region where samples woudle be detected.Results the informationized monitoring and management system was established and perfected in laboratory,under the formidable sample processing function of LAS,the node real-time monitoring of sample pretreatment process was realized,which had not been realized in the former sample examination.It standardized laboratory detection management.Conclusion the real-time monitoring of CLIS for pretreatment process of sample detection in LAS estabishes effective"defence-pokes mechanism"in laboratory,it is one effective step of standardizing laboratory management.
