颈椎手术高龄患者的术前心理应激因素分析

目的：探讨颈椎手术高龄患者的术前心理应激因素的变化情况。方法：分别在术前1天、术后1周对30例高龄颈椎疾患手术患者进行如下检查：①应用抑郁自评量表（SDS）和焦虑自评量表（SAS）进行抑郁和焦虑以及恐惧等主观感受的评估；②测量患者血压、心率、呼吸、氧饱和度和血糖等。比较两次检查结果。结果：术前患者多数出现抑郁、焦虑、恐惧主观感受以及收缩压明显增加，与术后比较差异具有统计学意义。结论：高龄颈椎手术患者术前存在惧怕、焦虑、失眠等不良心理应激因素。

ANALYSIS OF PSYCHOSOCIAL STRESS FACRTORS IN ELDERLY PATIENTS BEFORE CERVICAL SPINE SURGERY

Objective： To explore the psychosocial stress factors in elderly patients requiring cervical spine surgery. Methods：Depression anxiety and subjective feelings of fear were evaluated by self-rating depression scale（SDS） and self-rating anxiety scale（SAD）,meanwhile,the blood pressure,heart rate,respiration,oxygen saturation and so on were measured in 30 cases of cervical spine surgery 1 day before and 1 week after operation. Results： Many patients had depression, anxiety, subjective feelings of fear and increased blood pressure, and heart rate and breathing. Conclusion： The elderly patients before cervical spine surgery exist, varying degrees, of psychological stress factors which need to be intervened.
