| 摘 要： | 狼疮性肾炎是系统性红斑狼疮最常见的脏器损害 ,中医认为肝肾阴虚、血热瘀毒为其病机特点。确立滋阴凉血、解毒化瘀的治疗原则。临床根据活动期和缓解期 ,以及病人兼证的不同 ,治则方药不尽相同。
