“三才”提插补泻手法的实验研究

本文采用胃肠电作为指标,观察了以“三才”提插补泻手法针刺正常人(45例)及胃肠病患者(66例)的不同效应。结果发现,在正常人身上进行针刺补泻,其胃肠电的波幅,频率变化的差异均无显著意义(P>0.05)。而分别对辨证分型为脾虚和肝胃不和型的患者进行针刺的补虚泻实,并以平补平泻法作为对照,结果补法能增强脾虚患者原来较低的胃肠电波幅,与平补平泻法比较,差别有显著性(P<0.05);泻法能抑制实证患者胃肠电波幅的亢进,与平补平泻法比较,差别也有显著意义(P<0.05).提示正确的针刺补泻手法,对于调整患者的异常功能确有重要意义。

Experimental Study of Reinforcing-Reducing Method by Lifting and Thrusting the Needle Through Three Depths of A Point

With gastrointestinal electricity as the index, this study observed different effects of reinforcing-reducing method by lifting and thrusting the needle through three depths of a point. It was found that in the normal persons treated with reinforcing-reducing method. the frequency and amplitude of gastrointestinal electricity didn't show obvious change (p(?)0.05). For the patients with spleen-asthenia and those with incoordination of liver and spleen, reinforcing and reducing methods were applied) with mild-reinforcing-and-mild-reducing method as control. The result showed that reinforcing method could increase the lower amplitude of gastrointestinal electricity in spleen-asthenia patients and the difference was significant (P<0.05) as compared with controls; while reducing method could control the amplitude of gastrointestinal electricity in patients of sthenia-type and the difference was also significant(P<0.05). Therefore it suggests that applying the reinforcing and reducing methods correctly is of great importance for regulating the abnormal function of the patients.
