中药封包神阙穴贴敷预防胸腰椎骨折后便秘护理研究

目的:研究中药封包神阙穴贴敷预防胸腰椎骨折后便秘的价值。方法:选择骨伤科2019年1—12月收集符合纳入标准并签署知情同意书的胸腰椎骨折患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为2组各30例,试验组采取中药封包神阙穴贴敷,对照组采取常规护理,记录2组便秘发生率,干预前后进行舒适程度、依从性评分,出院时调查所有研究对象对护理的满意程度,对比2组护理结果。结果:试验组便秘发生率6.67%,低于对照组20.00%(P<0.05)。干预前2组的舒适度、依从性评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,2组各项评分较前改善,干预后试验组各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组满意度93.33%,明显高于对照组73.33%(P<0.05)。干预后试验组首次排便时间、排便次数及大便性状评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药封包神阙穴贴敷预防胸腰椎骨折后便秘的效果显著,明显减少便秘发生率,改善患者舒适程度,并提升配合护理的依从性,患者满意度较高,有利于维持良好医患关系。

Nursing Study on Point Application at Shenque Point with Chinese Medicine Package in Prevention of Constipation After Thoracic and Lumbar Spine Fracture

Objective:To study the value of point application at Shenque point(GB 34) with Chinese medicine package in prevention of constipation after thoracic and lumbar spine fracture. Methods:Among patients with thoracic and lumbar spine fracture who were admitted and treated in Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology in 2019, 60 cases who met inclusion criteria and signed informed consent form were selected, and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The experiment group was given point application at Shenque point(GB 34)with Chinese medicine package, and the control group was given routine nursing. The incidence of constipation was recorded in the two groups. Before and after intervention, the scores of the degree of comfort and compliance were evaluated. The nursing satisfaction of all the study objects was investigated when discharge. The nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of constipation was 6.67% in the experiment group, lower than that of20.00% in the control group(P<0.05). Before intervention, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of scores of the degree of comfort and compliance between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention, the scores of the degree of comfort and compliance in the two groups were improved when compared with those before intervention, and each score in the experiment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction was 93.33% in the experiment group, significantly higher than that of 73.33% in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the first defecation time, the times of defecation, and the score of stool characteristics were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of point application at Shenque point(GB 34) with Chinese medicine package has significant effect on prevention of constipation after thoracic and lumbar spine fracture, which significantly reduces the incidence of constipation, improves the degree of comfort and compliance of nursing, and maintains good physicianpatient relationship with high satisfaction of patients.
