| 摘 要： | 行业行风作为医院文化建设的核心之一，是实现深化医改要求及构建现代医院管理制度的重要组成部分。本文以复旦大学附属中山医院为例，具体阐述了该院在行风建设信息化过程中的探索，及其在实施“三定一有”（定时间、定地方、定人员、有记录）政策过程中所发挥的作用。
